I purchased this pot mainly for our hot sauce making process, which it worked out great for. However, we will be using it for our maple syrup making process also in the spring. It is the perfect weight, which helps it distribute the heat perfectly. I’m sure we will also use it to make huge batches of hot wings for our “chicken wing flings”.
